How do you know when your order has been shipped?

We do our best to ship within 3-5 business days, (often sooner), unless the product you purchase says otherwise in its description. For example, pre-orders or custom orders will specify when they are expected to be ready to ship.

Orders ship via Canada Post. When your order has been brought to the post office you should receive an automated email from us to let you know.

Is there tracking?

Light, flat packages, including a single book, ship as lettermail, while larger orders ship as parcels. Tracking is typically not included. Why? It’s quite expensive in Canada and we want to help keep your shipping affordable.

You can see the standard shipping times for Canada Post here. The range is typically 2 to 7 business days (though it can vary), depending on how close you are to Turner Valley, Alberta, Canada.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees or taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on regular-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale and custom items are final sale. We do not accept returns.
Returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds will be issued. Your store credit will be sent to you via email, which you can use on a future purchase. Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer and no shipping charges will be refunded to you. All items returned must be in new condition – unused and free of stains, smells, and pet hair. We reserve the right to reject any items that appear to have been used or altered. Such items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
